FAQ

  • We’re currently only offering white vinyl stickers. You have the choice of simple shapes like circles and squares, or more complex designs which we call die-cut.

Everything gets a UV laminate, which can be either matte, glossy, or the NEW glitter glossy.

We always suggest taking a look at our Instagram to get a better sense of what’s commonplace.

  • Anything that's "high-res."

PSD’s, TIF’s, PDF’s, JPG’s, PNG’s, and AI files can all be perfect. We’ll let you know if the file you sent isn’t going to work.

Technically you need something that is large enough or high enough resolution that it will print well at the size you choose.

We typically rasterize/flatten things to be the exact size they're printing, and 720 dpi.

  • You bet they are!

All our stickers are printed on vinyl that’s rated to 4-5 years outdoors, and everything is laminated for additional scratch, UV, and weather protection. Fully submersible and bumper approved!

  • We laminate ALL of our stickers with a quality UV overlaminate. The laminate helps protect the already waterproof sticker from weather and scratches.

Glossy is super clear and smooth. Your colors will pop with this option, and it’s a classic.

Matte has a very slight textured feel, and seems slighty more “organic” and duller than glossy. Matte works great for everything but especially shines with illustration that has a “by-hand” feel to it—whether it’s actual watercolors or Procreate.

Matte also hides slight scratches and fingerprints better, so it’s a perfect choice for busy merch tables or cons.

  • We’re currently using Epson S80600 printers and Summa tangetial cutters to create the best die-cut vinyl stickers possible—right out of our little shop in Portland, Oregon.

Our vinyl print material and laminate are all manufactured here in the U.S.A.

  • Folks should plan for a full week+. This means Monday to Monday, or Thursday to Thursday, not Monday afternoon to Friday morning. A good way of thinking about this is 6 full business days.

That said, turnaround for pickup at the shop is usually only about 4-5 business days once the approval process is complete.

Please call or email if you need something quicker than 5 days.

  • Call or email to check if it’s possible. It will be entirely based on the current shop workload and complexity of your order, and isn't always something we can do.

    We don't offer same-day orders.

Next day, or "tomorrow," would be an additional 100% charge. Anything else between 2-4 days will be an additional 50%. You won't be charged anything it wasn’t a rush to begin with and "naturally" gets finished that quickly, so don't worry. ;)

PS: If you send an email asking about getting a rush, PLEASE include the file. If you don’t lead with the file, you’re delaying the whole process. Which obviously isn’t what you want!

  • We don't offer coupon codes or sales very often, but we DO always have a few "baked in" discounts.

Circles & Rectangles are always 5% less than the Die-cut alternative, and anytime you order more than one item, you get 10% off the whole order—a multi-design discount.*

*Only works when there's not something even more awesome going on, like a 20% across-the-board discount or something... ;)

  • Typically not.

The prices on the website are for single designs. If you have multiple designs you’ll need to leave good info in the notes, and expect an updated price from us via email.

One bright note is that we knock 10% off the total order (only on quantities under 1,000) if you ARE ordering more than one design at a time. It will be indicated on your invoice once you receive it. ;)

  • Sadly we can’t do a single order of 25-pieces, but we are now offering 25 as an option when you have 3 or more unique designs in your order.

Keep in mind they’re going to be around 1.375 times more expensive per piece than they would be at 50 pieces.

Email direct, or leave good notes in the “info” field to get the ball rolling!

  • Now offering sticker sheets. They’re not listed on the regular order page, so email direct or leave good instructions in your order. Typically a little more expensive than similarly sized “regular” stickers.

  • If you’ve got a bunch of designs, are selling 500-1,000+ total stickers per month, and are constantly juggling ordering more—reach out to us and tell us your situation.

We can’t always help, but a history of consistent reorders is beneficial to us. We’d love to make it work in your favor too!

  • We can do 'em!

We won't set up the whole file for you, but if you need the QR Code part to add to something else you're designing, just ask us about getting a good code for it. You can also use this free generator, and Adobe has one too if you're a already using them.

We see a lot of folks using questionable QR generators they found on the app store that route their URL through another website first. This should not happen! When you scan a QR code on your phone, it should display EXACTLY what you put in, not be a strange German website/link that eventually ends up in the right place. They do this so they can hold it hostage by asking for a subscription or fee down the road.
